Clean rooms with a great coffee machine. Breakfast was a bit underwhelming though.

Internet charges are exorbitant!!! Room sizes could be more generous, especially in standard options. Some rooms suffer from noise disturbances. Old fixtures in bathrooms detract from overall comfort.

Family with children will find it nice

Had a spacious apartment, which was great because we were traveling with kids. The staff was super friendly , we got helpful tips about where to eat and even found a nice park nearby for the kids to burn off some energy.

It wasn’t exactly a bargain , but you get what you pay for.

great location but minor room issues

The location is just perfect. it's a short walk from major attractions and near a lovely park. The ventilation in the room was excellent, thanks to the air conditioning and windows. I appreciated the coffee machine and kettle in the room, which added a nice touch to our morning routine. I found the atmosphere charming and welcoming, making us feel at home.

One aspect to consider is the room's layout could have been more spacious.

The location offers easy access to several tourist attractions and is right by a metro stop, making it very convenient for exploring the city. The spacious family suite came with comfortable beds, which included a third bed for our group, ensuring everyone had plenty of room. While check-in was smooth, the low ceiling in part of the suite might not suit everyone's preferences, and the noise from outside occasionally disrupted our peace. Noticing cleanliness in all areas of the hotel was a plus, especially after long days of sightseeing.

I had a fantastic two-week stay here! The location near the Opera and Stadtpark is perfect for exploring Vienna. Minor noise from the A/C was noticeable, but the comfortable room made it worthwhile.

We absolutely loved the spacious Two-Bedroom Suite with two bathrooms! The location was unbeatable, making it easy to explore. the added convenience of a full-size closet and the ability to accommodate our family comfortably was a huge perk. We barely noticed any noise, which made our stay super relaxing.

Comfortable room, excellent location, with a minibar for extra snacks and a 24-hour reception for convenience.

My stay was truly delightful! The location on the Ringstrasse made it easy to walk to major attractions, and I thoroughly enjoyed the generous breakfast buffet, which included a variety of cheeses, fresh fruits, and a high-quality coffee machine that made mornings pleasant. The clean and spacious room was a comfortable retreat after a day of exploring Vienna, though I wished there had been more variety in the room amenities, like tea-making facilities.
